Goal:
Training for the prevention and early intervention of drug use and abuse and drug-addiction of at-risk groups. Being able to find creative solutions to possible conflicts in working with recovering individuals.

- Introduction to Addictions
- The Role of the Worker - Project.
- Biological, psychological and social aspects. Social Indicators.
- The subject and the drugs. Linkage to Addictions, Codependency.
- Models for the Prevention.
- Care models. Addressing in the childhood, in teenage years and in the family.
- Bonds - group dynamic.
- Introduction to different models of intervention
- Treatments and recovery. Social integration.
- Psychoeducation and neurocognitive stimulation.
- Personality disorders - Psychopathologies
- Legal Aspects.
Granted certificate:
Certificate of Addictions and Social Vulnerability Worker awarded at the end of the course.
Activities and Course Evaluation:
This level consists of 16 meetings of 2,5 hours each. Each lesson is given through a virtual platform with teachers in charge of every subject. Each student will have access to Classroom where they will have corresponding materials and projects at their disposal.
Final Evaluation:
The team of teachers will evaluate each Practical Home Work by drawing up a monthly register. At the end of the course, the Teacher Coordination will give an individual feedback on the learning process. Presentation of a social project.
Graduate profile:
The Workers will be able to effectively carry out the accompaniment in assistive and preventive intervention in the different areas that make up the field of Domestic Violence (child abuse, sexual abuse of children and young persons, marital violence, elder abuse), through supporting families affected by the problems, in order to reduce the life-threatening risks and accompany in the derivative processes, such as: prevention, protection, reporting and follow-up.

- Over 18 years old.
- Secondary School completed or ongoing.
- Basic knowledge of IT-tools.
